Disneyland Personal Trip Assistant

Why would I need a Disneyland Trip Assistant?

Our Trip Assistance service is for Disneyland Resort Park visitors that would like a Disneyland and Disney California Adventure expert who will be with you and your guests throughout the day. I will assist you by keeping your party on track to experience the rides and attractions as well as your booked reservations.

What is the difference between a Disneyland Guide and a Trip Assistant?

A Disneyland Guide is an official representative of the Walt Disney Parks. They offer an incredible amount of trivia as they guide you throughout the two parks. There are various Disneyland Tours you can take that last about 2-3 hours ranging in the $150 area. Disneyland also offers a VIP Tour for families that includes fantastic VIP treatment for about $600 per hour and enables you to get reserved seating and no waiting in lines.

As a Disneyland Trip Assistant, I am in no way affiliated with Walt Disney Parks, but rather an independent, die-hard Disneyland and DCA fan who is an expert at navigating the parks, attractions, restaurants and shops. Who knows some trivia but is mainly there to make sure you don't have to scour a map to find the next bathroom or look for the next ride, but rather be whisked off to the next attraction or reservation.

What is your payment schedule?

We require 1/2 the fees down to reserve your trip assistant expert. The remaining balance must be paid one week before your booking.

Can I cancel my trip assistant?

We know that life can throw curveballs once in awhile. Your 50% is non-refundable, however, if you need to change your plans, the fee may be applied to another day. If you must cancel altogether, remember that we have turned away other Disneyland Visitors (we only book one party per day) and thus there are no refunds if you decide not to go through with your trip.

How do you plan the rides?

Your guests will each need to purchase the MAXPASS with their tickets for $10 each. We will be using the MaxPass for booking rides. Before we enter either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure Park, I will scan all your tickets into my Disneyland App to book the fast passes.

Will we have to wait in lines for rides?

I know which rides to get a FASTPASS for and will book those as soon as we get into the Park. You can only book one FASTPASS at a time, so while we are waiting to get into our first FASTPASS line, I will examine the wait times for other rides, and we will remain in those lines till our FASTPASS ride is ready for us. I don't like waiting more than 20 minutes, but I can't guarantee wait times between FASTPASS rides.

I am available on weekdays as well as weekends.
